I'm not sure what you mean about the other is a link to nowhere. http://members.poolplayers.com will get you to the site; using www will not. Evidently, you have made it to the site and tried entering your information if you have gotten the message to contact us. This means that the information you are entering is not matching the information that we have for you in the player records. It has to match exactly.
